The art I practice is mostly pique assiette (broken china and pottery shards), with a smattering of glass here and there. For the most part, my work is for myself or as gifts for friends. Occasionally I sell a piece or create a commissioned one. For me, mosaics is a very contemplative practice...a centering...settling in.
