The transition from gardening to mosaics was a natural one for glass artist AnnE Simms of Granbury, Texas. Both make the most of color and design. Incorporated into most of AnnE's work are subjects such as plants and flowers, frogs and insects. AnnE has had a great love of gardening since she was a small child and that is very evident in her glass art. Immediate Past President of the Texas Glass Artists Association and Member of the Society of American Mosaic Artists, she is working from a studio in her home teaching stained glass and mosaics.
